Saved Searches Overview

Written by Justin Chen

While working in Search on main.publicus.ai, you can save any search you run—along with the live set of opportunities it returns—so you never have to rebuild it. A saved search is a reusable, AI‑powered query: reopen it any time and Publicus re‑runs it against the latest data.

SAVING A SEARCH

1. Run Your Search
Type your query into the search bar (for example, Construction) and apply any Filters you want.
2. Press Save
On the right‑hand side, just below the search bar, click the Save button (next to Export). Your search and its current results are stored together.
3. Confirm It Saved
Your new entry appears in the Saved Searches list at the top, labeled AI Powered with the date and time it was created.

MANAGING YOUR SAVED SEARCHES

• Open the List
At the very top of the Search screen, click the Saved Searches drop‑down. It shows your saved queries—e.g., Construction, water treatment, defence—with a running count ("Showing 3 of 3 saved searches").
• Each Saved Search Shows
The query name, an AI Powered tag, and a Created timestamp.

ACTIONS ON EACH SAVED SEARCH

Hover over any entry to see four controls:

1. Open (purple play icon)
Re‑runs the saved search and takes you back into those results.
2. Edit (pencil icon)
Rename or adjust the saved query.
3. Download (down‑arrow icon)
Exports the search results.
4. Delete (red trash icon)
Removes the saved search permanently.
