Your matches are built from two things.
Your company profile. At onboarding you give us your company domain and describe what you do, what you're interested in, and any limits on geography or level of government. That profile belongs to your whole company, and by default everyone on your team is matched against it.
How you react to opportunities over time. Every time you save or pass on a tender, you're teaching the system what a good match looks like for your business. Your matches get sharper the more you use it.
You can also narrow things down for yourself. If your role covers a specific slice of what your company bids on, add that detail to your own preferences and your feed will reflect it — without changing what your colleagues see.
We deliberately lean broad, because missing a bid you would have wanted is far more costly than showing you one extra.
