Your company has a shared profile that everyone is matched against by default. Anything you add to your own preferences narrows your feed specifically, so you can focus on your slice of the work without changing what your colleagues see.
A few tips:
When you're typing keywords, press Enter after each one.
Don't worry about getting keyword wording exactly right. Our matching reads the meaning of a posting and your company description, so the precise phrasing matters very little.
Changes save immediately, but they only affect your next set of matches — they won't change opportunities that have already been delivered to you.
