For many opportunities, the documents are available to download directly inside Publicus — this works wherever the portal shares them publicly. CanadaBuys, Nova Scotia and BC are among the portals where we can usually get documents straight away.
When the documents aren't there, use the Document Request button. It's available on every opportunity. Pick the documents you need, and we'll pull them down and send them over — usually the same day, and always within 24 hours.
Your plan includes a set number of document requests each month. If you need more than that, message us here in chat and we'll sort it out.
Some portals need your own login. SAP Ariba and other portals that require an account are ones we usually can't pull documents from on your behalf. For those, sign in with your own credentials on the portal and download them there.
