Your company has one profile. It describes what your business does and what you bid on, and by default everyone on your team is matched against it. So most of the time you and your colleagues see the same opportunities.
You can narrow your own feed. If your role covers a specific slice of what your company bids on, add that detail to your own preferences. Your feed gets more specific without changing what anyone else sees.
Saving and passing work differently from each other. Saved opportunities go to a board your whole team shares, so everyone sees what you save. Passing is personal — if you pass on something, it leaves your feed only.
